By visiting koldspace.org, submitting an inquiry, booking a session, or participating in any KoldSpace service — in person or virtually — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, workshop participants, and anyone who interacts with KoldSpace in any capacity.

KoldSpace reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

KoldSpace, led by Kayur, provides somatic healing practices and wellness services, including:

• Therapeutic Yoga — trauma-informed, body-centered yoga sessions tailored to individual nervous systems and lived experience
• EnKayDance Movement Training — Kayur's proprietary movement methodology integrating dance, somatic awareness, and expressive embodiment
• Integrative Coaching — 1:1 sessions combining somatic tools, mindset practices, and personal inquiry
• Workshops & Group Offerings — in-person and virtual group events, retreats, and community sessions

Services are available both in-person in Austin, Texas and virtually via video conferencing. Session formats, availability, and service offerings may evolve over time. KoldSpace reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

KoldSpace services are wellness and somatic movement practices. They are not licensed psychotherapy, clinical mental health treatment, or medical care of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, acute physical illness, or require clinical support, please seek care from a qualified healthcare professional. KoldSpace services are intended to complement — never to replace — appropriate professional medical or psychological care.

If you have a pre-existing physical condition, mental health diagnosis, or are currently under clinical care, please consult your doctor or therapist before beginning any somatic or movement practice.

Sessions may be booked through the online booking system on this website, via the contact form, or by direct arrangement with Kayur. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of scheduling.

Cancellation policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty
• Late cancellations — made within 24 hours of the scheduled session — may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session rate
• No-shows (failing to attend without any prior notice) forfeit the full session fee
• In cases of genuine emergency or acute illness, please reach out directly — Kayur will always aim to work with you with care and compassion

KoldSpace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a full reschedule or refund.

Pricing for KoldSpace services is discussed during the initial consultation or outlined clearly at the time of booking. All prices are in US dollars.

• Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated before services begin
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Kayur
• Session packages are non-transferable; unused sessions in a package are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, unless extraordinary circumstances apply
• If you are unsatisfied with a session, please reach out directly — KoldSpace is committed to working with you toward resolution

Prices are subject to change. Any pricing changes will not affect sessions or packages already confirmed at a previously agreed rate.

You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions before, during, and after participating in KoldSpace services.

• It is your responsibility to inform Kayur of any relevant health conditions, physical injuries, chronic pain, psychological sensitivities, medications, or contraindications before your first session
• Participation in all sessions and practices is entirely voluntary — you may pause, modify your level of engagement, or stop at any time
• Please arrive to sessions in a state where you are able to participate — sober, reasonably rested, and without acute contagious illness
• You agree to treat Kayur and any other participants in group settings with dignity and respect

Somatic and movement work can surface emotions, memories, or physical sensations. If anything feels overwhelming during a session, communicate that with Kayur. While Kayur is trained to support nervous system regulation and grounding, KoldSpace is not a crisis service.

By participating in KoldSpace sessions, workshops, or any movement-based practices, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical movement and somatic work, including but not limited to: muscle strain, physical discomfort, emotional intensity, or temporary exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.

You are participating voluntarily, with full awareness of your current physical and mental state. If you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate in movement-based practices, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking.

All content on koldspace.org — including but not limited to written text, imagery, branding, graphic elements, journal articles, the EnKayDance name and methodology, and all associated teaching materials — is the original intellectual property of KoldSpace and Kayur, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or adapt any content from this site without prior written permission from KoldSpace
• The EnKayDance name and methodology are proprietary to KoldSpace and may not be used, taught, replicated, or commercially adapted without express written authorization
• Recording sessions — audio or video — is not permitted without explicit consent from Kayur
• Sharing or republishing content from private or group sessions is not permitted
